Educational Qualifications For UPSC Jobs 2018: Candidates who have completed Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry/ M.Ed/ MBBS with PG Degree or diploma in the concerned speciality/ Bachelor or Master Degree in Economics /Commerce/Business from the recognized university or institution with required minimum marks can apply for UPSC jobs 2018.
