Educational Qualifications For HERC Jobs 2019: Candidates who have completed 12th with Science, Master Degree in Electrical/Power Technology/Engineering, MBA/ Degree of Bachelor of Law, Graduate with Science/ Engineering/Commerce/Economics from the recognized university or institution with required minimum marks can apply for HERC jobs 2019.
