Educational Qualifications For UPPSC Jobs 2019: Candidates who have completed B.E/B.Tech/M.C.A/M.Sc, Bachelor's degree/ Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science/ Graduate degree with "O" certificate from D.O.E. from the recognized university or institution with required minimum marks can apply for UPPSC jobs 2019.
