Educational Qualifications For WBPSC Jobs 2019: Candidates who have completed 10th with certificate (Prani Sampad Bikash Prashikhan)/ Graduation Degree or Diploma in Engineering/technology from the recognized university or institution with required minimum marks can apply for WBPSC jobs 2019.
