Educational Qualifications For MOIL Jobs 2021: Candidates who have completed 10th with Certificate of Competency (Mine Foreman’s or Mine Mate or Blaster’s)/ Diploma (Mining and Mine Surveying/ Engg) from the recognized university or institution with required minimum marks can apply for MOIL jobs 2021.
