Educational Qualifications For UPSC Jobs 2021: Candidates who have completed Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma in Social Work or Labour Welfare or Industrial Relations or Personnel Management or Labour Law, Master’s Degree from the recognized university or institution with required minimum marks can apply for UPSC jobs 2021.
