Educational Qualifications For ECR Jobs 2023: Candidates who have completed Diploma/Degree in Engineering, At least 5 Years experience in Railway service from the recognized university or institution with required minimum marks can apply for ECR jobs 2023. 

Age Limit for ECR Jobs 2023:
