- General Category candidates have to pay Rs. 400/-.
- SC/ST/OBC Category candidates have to pay Rs. 300/-.
- PwD/Widow/Female Divorcee Category candidates have to pay Rs. 200/-.
- The age of candidate who is willing to apply for NHM should not be more than 45 Years As on 01-01-2019.
- Age relaxation to different reserved categories is according to the rules and norms as prescribed by recruiting organization.
